Thc Champs! 'Jamie Cook is My Grandpa' (yes, that was the winning team's moniker) won the $700 first-place prize for the event on March 13, 2026 at the Irondequoit Community Center! Above (from left to right), Jamie Cook, Dave Maynes from the winning team and runner-ups, the father-son Politto team, 'The Italian Stallions.' They bagged $200.

Thank you to all players and local businesses who supported our 6th Cornhole Tournament fundraiser held on March 13, 2026 at the Town of Irondequoit Community Center! Topping the list, of course, is title sponsor, Diamond Packaging. We raised more than $13,100 that will go toward grants to support the West Irondequoit Central School District.

Special thanks also to the Town of Irondequoit Recreation Dept. staff for helping us host the event in their wonderful facility! Congratulations to the “Jamie Cook is My Grandpa” team that beat the Italian Stallions in the championship match. Third place went to Baggin’ & Braggin.

The Cornhole event has now raised more than $70,000 over its six-year run at four different locations, including the St. Paul Exempts Club, Camp Eastman, the Irondequoit Sports Centre and the Irondequoit Community Center.
